What we check before we introduce anyone.
Identity check
We sight the candidate’s photo ID, with consent.
Police check
The candidate provides their police check.
Reference check
We check each candidate’s work references.
Drug test
Only candidates who pass the drug test can be published.
Physical work-readiness
Push-ups, grip strength and squats with a 20 kg box.
Conversational English
Checked in person.
Recorded interview video
Recorded by our team in person.
Every result is reviewed by our team and dated. We also film each candidate's intro video in person, so you can see them before you hire.
What employers see
With the candidate's consent, signed-in approved employers see the full profile: the intro video recorded by our team in person, a work video where available, and the detailed results — drug test result and date, physical test numbers (grip kg, push-ups, squat result) and English score. Public pages only show that checks were completed. Height, weight and identity documents stay private.
Only candidates who pass the drug test get a profile. These fictional examples are not people available for hire.
