See them before you hire. Every profile has an intro video in the worker's own words and, where possible, a work video from the job, recorded by our team in person.

Sensitive documents are shared only after the employer agreement is signed for that candidate, and only with the candidate’s consent.

    No payment on the website.

    We contact you

    We confirm details, check availability and willingness, and send the employer agreement.

    We arrange interviews

    We arrange interviews with your selected candidates, online or in person.

  6. 06

    You hire

    You interview and confirm the hire. Terms are set out in your employer agreement.

  7. 07

    One free replacement

    If a selected worker cannot start, for example because their visa is refused or they withdraw, we provide one replacement candidate free of charge within the period set out in your employer agreement.

We do not share candidate contact details with employers. We arrange the interviews with your selected candidates ourselves, online or in person.
