Because hiring is human.
For experienced Pacific workers, wherever they are working now. We help them find their next job with employers in Canada and other countries, and we meet every person before we introduce them.
Who we are
We are Blue Pacific Talent, based in Australia. We connect experienced Pacific workers, wherever they are working now, with their next employer.
Why we started Blue Pacific Talent
Good work deserves a thoughtful next step. We exist to help experienced Pacific workers build on their work experience, and to help employers hire people whose references we have checked.
How we work
We meet every candidate face to face and check their work references. Interviews are held in person in Sydney and Melbourne. Interviews in Fiji and Papua New Guinea will be arranged in the future with local partner agencies. Candidates never pay us anything, ever.
Let's start a conversation.
Experienced people. A thoughtful next step.
